Funny you ask this!. We went up to a retreat at work many many years ago and all they had was this canned chicken which at the time I didn't even know they had canned chicken, but what the glas made was so good!.
They took the canned chicken and drained it and chunked it up and put it into a skillet with a can of cream of chicken soup, some sourcream, a can of diced mild green chilis, black olives and some salsa and then cooked it until it was bubbly and hot and then we poured that over tortilla chips and added cheese and ate them!. I guess they were like nachos and they were very good!. Oh and you can top it with more sourcream, guacamole, etc if you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My favorite idea: chicken enchiladas, made with a white sauce that has some cheese melted into it!. I don't actually have the recipe anymore, but just make that filling with chunks of chicken, about 1/2 - 1 cup grated cheese [Monterey Jack or Cheddar], seasonings if you like, and a bit of sour cream with a little milk to hold things together!. Place a bit in each tortilla and wrap or roll the tortilla up!. Pour a white sauce [or red sauce, depending on what you like] over the whole thing, cover and bake about 20 - 30 minutes - sprinkle artistically with a bit more grated cheese and put back in oven [which is turned off now] to melt cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I was given some canned chunk chicken and I made chicken salad!. Plus you could make chicken quesadillas!. Those are easy!. Just tortillas, chicken, and cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE
2 lbs chicken chunks
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 cup of rice
1/2 stick of butter, diced
Preheat oven to 350F!.
Combine the rice, butter and three soups in a large bowl!. Put them in a large casserole dish or a 9X13 pan!. Put the chicken on top!. Spice with salt and pepper as desired!.
Bake 35-40 minutes!.

BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
2 [10 ounce] cans chunk chicken, drained
2 [8 ounce]packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing
3/4 cup red hot sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Heat chicken and red hot until heated through!. Stir in cream cheese and Ranch dressing!. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm!. Mix in half the cheddar cheese and transfer mixture to a slow cooker!.Sprinkle of the remaining cheese over top, cover, and cook on low setting until hot and bubbly!.
Serve with Ritz crackers

HAWAIIAN HAY STACKS
4 cups cooked rice
1 can chow mein noodles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
grated cheese (as much as you want for topping)
1 can pineapple chopped
diced tomatoes
coconut flakes
1 large can chunk chicken
In a deep pan, make your rice in a frying pan on low to medium heat, heat up cream of chicken soup and canned chunk chicken!. Put in order on your plate, chow main noodles, top with rice, cream of chicken soup mix, grated cheese, chopped pineapple, diced tomatoes, sprinkle with coconut flakes for desired sweetness

2 large cans chunk chicken breast
1 small onion chopped
4 ounces cheddar cheese cubed
1 t!. minced garlic
1/3 c!. roasted salted almonds chopped
1/4 c!. sugar
Miracle Whip, mustard, garlic salt, and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl!. Mix well with a fork!. The chicken should be shredded, and not in chunks!.
TIPS: Go easy on the garlic salt!.!.!.remember there is already salt on the almonds!.!.!.you don’t want to over do it!! Add as much or as little of each ingredient to suit!. also good when made with black olives

3 bacon slices
1/4 c!. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp!. chopped onion
1 (7 1/2 oz!.) pkg!. Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner
2 (5 oz!.) cans Swanson chunk white chicken
In skillet cook bacon until crisp!. Remove bacon; crumble!. Discard all but 2 tablespoons drippings!. Cook pepper and onions in the drippings until tender!. Prepare dinner as directed on package!. Add bacon, pepper and onion; heat thoroughly!. Gently stir in chickenWww@FoodAQ@Com
