Things You'll Need
2 eggs
10 inch non-stick skillet
butter
salt & pepper to taste
Any ingredients like cheese and ham

Steps
~Heat skillet on stove on medium!. Add a teaspoon of butter to skillet!.
~Crack 2 eggs in blender!.
~Mix for about 30-40 seconds!. The trick is to get as much air into the mix as possible!.
~Pour mix into skillet!.
DO NOT ADD INGREDIENTS YET!.
~As mix cooks swirl eggs to get center to cook!.
~Once the whole omelet will move in the pan FLIP it over!.
~Now the air you whipped in will raise!.
~You can add cheese and your favorite ingredients to the omelet!.
~Gently fold one half over!.
Once folded you can flip omelet over to keep from over cooking!.
~Let cook for a couple more minutes!.
~Slide onto plate top with your favorite toppings and ENJOY!!!

I personally use a wire whisk and really beat the eggs!.!.!.then add a tsp of half and half and a tbsp of mayo-WHISK again!. It makes them really fluffy!!! you can try low fat mayo and creamer for a healthier version!
