Answers:
I am sure there won't be an "exact" recipe for two reasons!.

1) Most restaurant food is made in vast quantities
2) Most restaurant food is pre-made and shipped to local sites
3) It's a company trade secret

You may be able to find a clone!. But try some garlic mashed potato recipes and I bet you'll find one that's close!.

also, try CD Kitchen as that web site carries a lot of clone recipes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Have you ever baked garlic!? It is delicious!. You take a very sharp knife and slice the top of a whole head of garlic, wrap it in foil and salt and pepper it alot, add a dollop of butter and wrap it so it is entirely closed!. Then you bake it at 350 for about 45 min or until soft!. The garlic then squeezes out like paste, I just eat it , it is so good!. But you could add some of the garlic paste to your potatoes before mashing them and this should work well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
