Answers:
You can absolutely freeze the unbaked dough to be thawed and baked at a later date!. Once its baked, because homemade bread usually doesn't have any preservatives in it, use it within a couple of days!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

YOu absolutely can make the dough ahead of time and freeze it to be used at a later date!.!.!.!.!.This works perfectly as I have done so many many times with no noticeabl deterioration in the product as far as rising or in the taste!.!.!.!.HOwever already baked bread is best eaten the day it comes out of the oven!.!.!.With no preservatives in the dough the bread goes stale and hard very quickly and you lose the fresh home made taste that the bread is famous for and for the reasonn why you make the bread in the first palceWww@FoodAQ@Com

Home made bread will only last a few days in the kitchen before it begins to spoil because there are no preservatives!. You can extend the shelf life some by putting it in the refrigerator!.

Yes you ban freeze dough!. Try to keep it in a bag with as much air squeezed out as you can so it doesn't absorb moisture and form ice crystals!. Use it within a few months and you should have any problems!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i would eat the loaf of made bread either on the day that it was baked or the next day!.!.!.though it will last for at least a week!. also it is possible to freeze a loaf of bread dough, all that you have to do is combine all the ingredient (and before the first bread rise) place the dough in a piece of greased platic wrap!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can freeze batter, just leave it on the counter to defrost before cooking!. Whenever I make bread, the loaf usually will stay fresh for a little over a week!. I made 4 loaves on Sunday and they are still fresh and moist (but I do have 2 and a half left!)!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can freeze the dough, or you can bake it now and freeze the bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
