Therefor it is a difficult question to answer and it many regards the no answer is correct!. But lets say you were making a malted milk drink the answer would be Yes!.
With what you gave us to work with I am afraid that you are on your own!.
But you seem knowledgeable enough to try it!. For heavens sake you may come up with a winner and want to do it again the next time!. Every recipe had to be made a first time!. I have stumbled my way through a lot of experiments and they have come out great!. Many have been published also!. ON the other hand I have thrown out a couple too!. no!. Cocoa mix isn't as intense in flavor as unsweetened cocoa powder, plus it also has MILK in it!.!.!. and you wouldn't know how much sugar to decrease the recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
