you can use kool-aid or jello powder if your out ,if you just don't want to use it sprinkles ,candies or crushed cookies really anything you put on top will be great ,I also read that you can use beets that just sounds strange , I was out and I mixed red sugar turned pinkWww@FoodAQ@Com

Take some red Koo-laid powder from it's package and mix with a little sugar, to sweeten it!. Or you may have some pre-sweetened Koo-laid!. Mix it into your batter/frosting!.

Sprinkles (though that will give you a funfetti effect, not a solid color) or red fruits such as strawberries or raspberries (which would also make for a great flavor)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
