If I understand your question properly, you just want to dust the biscuits with icing sugar that is a green colour!?
No problem! Just mix in some green coloured "dusting powder" - this is a specialist cake decorating product that is totally edible (and without e-numbers) and will do just the job!.
Check out the link below:

and click on "edible art dusting colours"

and choose your colour!. They will be very concentrated, so just add a tiny amount first and then more if required!. They also do extra special lustres and sparkly powders too, which may make it even more interesting!.

They are a great company and can order via the net or phone!. You can even phone them for more advice before purchasing!.

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can buy powdered food dye instead of using liquid food dye (which would surely turn the icing sugar into a paste)!. I always find powdered food dye at Specialty Indian grocery stores!. You can also order from online : http://www!.sugarcraft!.com/catalog/colori!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What about using those sugar crystals they use on sugar cookies!? Maybe grind them a bit finer and it might turn into a powder consistencyWww@FoodAQ@Com
