Answers:
It depends on when you're going to use it!. If you're going to use it within two days, fridge is fine!. Otherwise, unless it's wrapped really, really well, it will absorb odors of other foods in the fridge!.

If you're going two to three days or more before baking, by all means, wrap it in plastic, then put in a zip loc bag and put it in the freezer!. If it is a dough that you can slice, it's easier to make it into a log before freezing, since it's easy to slice them this way!. Then, you just take them out of the freezer, slice, thaw for about 10 - 15 minutes on the cookie sheet then bake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The fridge, about five days!.

The freezer which is what I do, it will last a long time!. Make sure it is very sealed and covered!. Wrap in plastic wrap a few times first!. Then put in tinfoil, then bag or else it will get freezer burn!. This could last for a month or longer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For use in about 3-5 days, fridge is fine!. If you want to store it longer, use freezer and get a couple months out of it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In the frig, a few days; in the freezer 6 months!.
But use heavy weight bags & make sure you get all the air out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
