Answers:
Creole Shrimp & Crab Bisque
4 tablespoons butter
2 Tbsp!. EVOO
1 small white onion, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
? tsp!. Old Bay seasoning
1 bay leaf
? tsp!. Zatarain’s Liquid Crab & Shrimp Boil seasoning
1? lb!. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined**
? lb!. white lump crabmeat**
2 cups half & half
Garnish: Chopped parsley
**Any combination of shrimp, crab, lobster, crawfish, or bay scallops may be used in this dish!.
In a large saucepan, melt butter and EVOO over medium heat!. Add onion and celery; cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally!. Add garlic, stir and cook 1 minute!. Stir in flour, and cook for 2 minutes!. Stir in chicken broth and add Creole seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, bay leaf, and Crab Boil liquid, simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened!.
Chop up a handful of shrimp, then add all shrimp to pot!. Cook for 10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink, stirring occasionally!. Add half & half and crab, leave on medium-low heat until heated through, but do not boil!. Add chopped parsley for garnish, if desired!. Serve immediately!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My favorite soup is "PHO" pronounced FUH and LAKSA!.
Pho is a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup dish, consisting of rice noodles in a clear beef broth!. Slivers of meat are usually placed on top at the last minute (cooking in the broth) and the soup is accompanied by a large plate of fresh ingredients (such as green onions, cilantro, peppers, basil, mint, lime, and bean sprouts)!. Many people also add sauces such as hoisin or Sriracha!. IT IS AWESOME!!!!
Laksa is a coconut curry based soup usually with smoked chicken(or other bird) and shrimp[!. It is also AMAZING!!!!!

Loaded Baked Potato Soup
Serves 10
1 lb bacon fried and crumbled
4 cups water
4 chicken bullion cubes
1 onion diced
2 T!. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
7-8 large potatoes peeled and diced
4 cups milk
2 T!. cream cheese
2 T!. sour cream
1/4 tsp!. celery seed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
shredded cheddar cheese
Step1
Fry and crumble the bacon and set it aside!.
Step2
In your pot add the 4 cups of water and 4 chicken bullion cubes!. Bring this to a boil!.
Step3
In a separate small skillet sauté your diced onion and 2 T of butter until onions are golden in color and soft!. Then add this to the water and bullion pot!.
Step4
Add the diced potatoes to the pot carefully not splash water on yourself!. (hot)
Step5
Add the 4 cups milk, and cans of soup!. Bring this to a boil then reduce heat to medium heat!. Stirring frequently so that the milk in the soup does not scorch!.
Step6
Add the celery seed, salt, pepper, and sour cream!. Stir well!. Continue over medium heat until potatoes are soft when you insert a fork into one of the potatoes!. Remember to stir frequently while cooking with milk products!.
Step7
When soup is finished, add the 2T!. Cream Cheese and stir to let the cream cheese melt completely!.
Step8
Remove from heat and serve in individual bowls!. Top with bacon and shredded cheddar cheese if you like and enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I can be REALLY specific here!. The best soup I've ever had was the butternut squash and apple bisque at the Main Street Bar and Grill in Montpelier, Vermont (a restaurant where students from the New England Culinary Institute work the kitchen) and it was absolutely perfect!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
