Question: Quick Breakfast Suggestions!?
I'm leaving for a trip early in the morning and have to get up at 4:00a!.m!. I need some ideas on something quick and simple to make for breakfast that won't take long!. Any ideas!? Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make a breakfast scramble tonite!. Eggs, sausage, onion, bell pepper, or whatever you like for breakfast!. In the morning, just warm it up and wrap it in a tortilla, then you can eat in on the run!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

1 1/2 tablespoon of any protein mix
1 fresh banana
4 ripe frozen strawberries
1/2 vanilla ice cream (optional)
1 container of vanilla, strawberry, peach, or strawberry thick and creamy yoplait yogurt!.
1/4 milk
1/2 crushed ice or 1 cup cubed ice

Drop in all the liquids first!. The yogurt and the milk!.
Next, put in the banana, protein mix, and frozen strawberries next!.
Then, put in the ice and vanilla ice cream!.

Blending will be easier this way!. Hope you have a blender! This smoothie tastes good, its healthy, and it'll keep you going until lunch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

breakfast sandwich

1 english muffin, toasted
one egg (easy trick: get a plastic tupperware, spray REALLY well with pam, put the egg into the tupperware and stir with a fork, stick it in the microwave for about 30 seconds)
ham or bacon
slice of cheese
