cook em in a bit of champagne turn of the heat,sprinkle with finely chopped ginger and honey !. very careful there !. not to much just enough to give it a hint of ginger and honey, add some cream while warm!.give it some time at a very low heat for the flavours to mingle!. you should end up with creamy prawn tasting dish ,that is ever so slightly sweet and gingery!. trust me this is your mouth watering main!. serve with garlic bread ,rocket salad and ,guess !? champagne or some lovely chablis!. food at its simplest is always the best!. try it for yourself firstWww@FoodAQ@Com

Lemon & Soy Shrimps
4 tbsp!. butter
shell-on shrimps
1 lemon - you need to get 1 tsp!. grated rind
juice of the lemon
1/3 cup soy sauce

Combine soy sauce, lemon juice and grated rind!. Pour over shrimps and toss to coat!. Let sit for 10 minutes!. Heat butter, then add shrimps one by one!. Turn over to cook the other side!. When all shrimps are pink, add the marinade and bring to a brisk boil!. Take out of the pan immediately so as not to overcook!. You can eat this with any light pasta, asian noodles or rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Creole BBQ Shrimp

2 sticks butter, melted
4 bay leaves
2 Tbsp!. creole seasoning (Tony Chachere's, Zatarain's, etc!.)
4 cloves garlic, minced, or more to taste
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp!. liquid crab boil seasoning
1 med!. onion, chopped
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/3 cup white wine
red pepper to taste
2 lbs!. fresh or thawed shrimp, in-shell

Combien all ingredients in baking dish, stirring well!. Add shrimp, either shell-on, tail-on, or totally peeled!. Any way is fine!. Toss in sauce, and bake in 425oF oven until pink and opaque, about 20 min!. Stir and toss shrimp in sauce every 5 minutes!. Serve shrimp w/ sauce and a chunk of crusty French bread for sopping up the juices!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Olive oil 1/4 c heat to medium, add garlic 2 cloves saute lightly add cleaned shrimp saute until opaque!. Toss w/ fettuccine serve w/ salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
