Answers:
break 2 eggs into a cup, beat with a fork, add a tbsp of water!. microwave 1-1 1/2 mins until no longer wet, stirring halfway through!. let stand for 30s to finish cooking!. you can top it with grated cheese while it's standing!. or green onions, tomatoes etc!.

a bagel toasted, with that egg above on top, with either cheese, bacon or ham/saussage (or any combination)!. for an eggwhich!.

tony's turbos is a great meal replacement, or vector cereal!. has all the nutrients!.

just picked up MILO, a chocolate drink mix (3 tbsp to glass of hot or cold milk), is loaded with vitamins!.

if you have a blender, make up some smoothies!.

yogurt with fruit and some granola on top is quick!.

french toast is fast!. just take 2 eggs, beat with 2tbsp milk!. dip slices of bread in it (flip over, coat both sides), fry in some butter/veg oil over med heat!. (brown both sides) top with syrup!. takes less than 10 mins!.

pancakes, premade mix, or the frozen ones are good, top with some fresh fruit

an elephant tusk:

take a flour tortilla (6")
spread on peanut butter!.
top with a banana, and roll up

Breakfast Muffins
Ingredients
2 cups self-rising flour
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup cooked and crumbled ground pork sausage
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs


Preparation
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture!.
Whisk together milk, oil, and eggs until well blended!. Add to flour mixture, and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened!.

Spoon mixture into lightly greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full!.

Bake at 400° for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

From a kids point of view I really love Toaster struttles, if your kids have about 10 minutes to eat this is perfect!. Everyday i pop one of these bad boys in the toaster and in about 1-2 minutes its ready I put the icing on it and I'm set!. if your looking for something healthier for your kids you can try Cheerios (Yum) The special K is good (I even like it as a kid) and you can also try French toast in the frozen section!.

I make muffins and keep them in the freezer!. You can make them on the weekend and then freeze them!. also, if you have a waffle iron, make your own waffles and freeze them!. You can do the same thing with pancakes (way better than the store bought stuff!)

CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

2 c!. all purpose flour
? c!. cocoa
1 tbsp!. baking powder
? tsp!. baking soda
? tsp!. salt

1 ? c!. sugar
? c!. butter or margarine, melted and slightly cooled
2 eggs
1 c!. buttermilk
2 tsp!. vanilla extract

1 c!. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375oF!. Grease a muffin tin!. Sift together the dry ingredients!. Mix together the wet ingredients!. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix just until blended!. DO NOT OVERMIX!. Add the chocolate chips!. Spoon into prepared muffin tin!. Put in the oven and increase the temperature to 400oF!. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the muffin comes out clean!. Remove from oven and turn the muffins on their sides to cool!.

YIELD: 12 muffins

PANCAKES

2 c!. flour
? c!. sugar
4 tsp!. baking powder
? tsp!. salt
2 eggs
2 c!. milk
2 ? tsp!. oil
? c!. blueberries (or chocolate chips, if you’re like my husband)
Oil for frying, or non-stick pan

Combine dry ingredients!. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, slowly add milk and oil!. Fold in the dry ingredients and mix until batter is slightly lumpy!. Add blueberries (I usually just throw them on top after I make the pancakes in the pan)!. Fry on low heat until browned on both sides!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

On the weekends, bake a couple batches of muffins!. Let cool, then freeze!. When frozen, put in a zipper bag and store in freezer!. You can nuke these for 25-35 seconds for a fresh, hot breakfast!. Just grab some milk or yogurt and go!

We also fix pancakes or waffles on the weekends (scratch) and freeze leftovers after cooling on a wire rack!. Again, a few seconds in the m/w or the toaster oven and they're good as fresh-made!


Banana Crunch Muffins

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2 extra-large eggs
3/4 cup whole milk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 bananas)
1 cup natural applesauce
1 cup small-diced walnuts
1 cup granola
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut or dried banana chips
Dried banana chips, granola, or shredded coconut, optional

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F!. Line 18 large muffin cups with paper liners!. Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment!. Add the melted butter and blend!. Combine the eggs, milk, vanilla, mashed bananas, and applesauce, and add them to the flour-and-butter mixture!. Scrape the bowl and blend well!. Don't overmix!.

Fold the walnuts, granola, and coconut or banana chips into the batter!. Spoon the batter into the paper liners, filling each 1 to the top!. Top each muffin with dried banana chips, granola, or coconut, if desired!. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the tops are brown and a toothpick comes out clean!. Cool slightly, remove from the pan, and serve!.

BLUEBERRY MUFFINS w/ STREUSEL TOPPING

2 3/4 c flour
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
1 t!. baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
3/4 c buttermilk
1 T vanilla extract
1 3/4 t lemon extract
1 3/4 c blueberries

Preheat oven to 375oF!. Combine dry ingredients, in separate bowl combine eggs, butter, buttermilk, and extracts!. Add to dry ingredients and stir (do not beat!) till moist!. Fold in blueberries!. Put batter into 16 lined muffin tins!.

Topping:
3/4 old fashion oats
1/4 c sugar AND brown sugar
1/2 stick melted butter

Combine the above!. Spoon 1 Tbsp!. topping on each muffin; lightly press into batter!. Bake 20-25 min!. Muffins freeze well!.

Sour Cream Peach Muffins

2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup fresh peaches, pitted and coarsely chopped

Mix together eggs, melted butter, sugar and sour cream!. Sift together dry ingredients and add peaches!. Fold peaches and flour mixture into egg mixture just until blended!. Line muffin tins with paper liners, spoon in mixture!. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until tests done!. Sprinkle with sugar!.

The Best Buttermilk Pancakes

2 cups Buttermilk**
3 eggs, room temp
6 Tbsp butter, melted
1? cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp!. vanilla

Put the buttermilk, egg and melted butter in a mixing bowl!. Stir briskly until the mixture is smooth and blended!.
Stir the flour, salt and baking soda together in a small bowl!. Stir into the buttermilk mixture only until the dry ingredients are moistened - leave the smaller lumps!.
Heat a skillet or griddle to medium hot!. Grease lightly and spoon out a 3 TBLS of batter per pancake!. Cook until a few bubbles form on top and break!. Flip the pancake over and cook until golden brown!.!.not too long!.
These are the best pancakes and nothing else will compare after having these!!! Enjoy!.

Makes about 12-15 pancakes!.

**To make your own buttermilk, add 4 tsp of lemon juice or vinegar to a scant 2 cups of milk, stir, and let sit at room temp for 15-30 min!. Stir again before adding to recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cornmeal Waffle Sandwiches:
* 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 3/4 cup cornmeal
* 1 tablespoon baking powder
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 eggs, separated
* 1 cup milk
* 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
* 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
* Mayonnaise
* 12 bacon strips, cooked and drained
* 2 small tomatoes, sliced
* salt and pepper to taste
1!. In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients!. In another bowl, beat egg yolks!. Add milk and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened!. Stir in cheese!. In a small mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into the batter!. Bake 12 waffles in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown!. Spread mayonnaise on six waffles; top each with bacon, tomato, salt, pepper and remaining waffles!. Serve immediately!.

Easy French Toast:
* 1 egg
* 3/4 cup milk
* 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 pinch salt
* 2 slices bread
1!. Beat together egg, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and salt!.
2!. Heat a lightly oiled skillet or griddle over medium heat!.
3!. Soak bread slices in egg mixture for 20 second on each side, or until thoroughly coated!. Cook bread until both sides are lightly browned and crisp!. Serve hot!.

* 2 cups Original Bisquick? mix
* 1 3/4 cups buttermilk
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 egg

Use a large cookie cutter or a sharp knife to cut a heart shape from a slice of bread!. Butter it very lightly and toast it in a frying pan!. Crack an egg into the heart shaped hole and cook until the egg is done!.
