It's about 6 cups and it's all for me!. Do you think it will stay good for a month!?!?!? Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Freeze it! Either in a sealed ice cube tray, or smaller tupperware containers, it will last for 4 months, easily! Fresh Pesto is such a tasty treat, please!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.freeze it!. Your pesto will last about 5 days in the refrigerator (I always put a drizzle of Olive Oil on the top of mine to completely seal it (oil solidifies, thereby creating a locked in seal)!. Hope this helps you out tonight!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It probably won't keep the nice green color in the frig past a couple of days!. When I freeze mine, I use an ice cube tray!. Once the pesto freezes, individually wrap the cubes and store in freezer to have single serving sizes ready and available!. You can thaw out as many as you'll be needing for company, or just for yourself!. It's handy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just freeze it!. A month is way to risky and could get mold growth!.
Pesto freezes well!.
Then you don't have to worry about spoilage!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you freeze it, then, yes, you can keep it for a month!.
It's what I always do!.

I advise freezing it!. You can also use it for things other than pasta!. One thing my family has always really enjoyed is putting a tablespoon or two in scrambled eggs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
