- 11/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/3 C!. & 2 Tablespoons Milk

Yes, something is off with this recipe!.!.!.!. how many servings!? Looks like one or two just by the amount of flour!.!.!.knock the baking powder down to 1/4 tsp!.

I think I use a whole tsp for a full 6-8 servings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Definitely too much baking powder!. I would say cut it down to 1 tsp, based on the recipe I use!.

PANCAKES

2 c!. flour
? c!. sugar
4 tsp!. baking powder
? tsp!. salt
2 eggs
2 c!. milk
2 ? tsp!. oil
? c!. blueberries (or chocolate chips, if you’re like my husband)
Oil for frying, or non-stick pan

Combine dry ingredients!. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, slowly add milk and oil!. Fold in the dry ingredients and mix until batter is slightly lumpy!. Add blueberries (I usually just throw them on top after I make the pancakes in the pan)!. Fry on low heat until browned on both sides!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is my recipe and they are yummy!!! Basically you don't need the baking powder in pancakes!!!

3 cups milk
4eggs
2 cups flour
1 sachet vanilla
1/2 cup of oil

Sometimes when i only want a few pancakes i half the receipe, basically i divide everything except the vanilla, i always put a whole small sachet of vanilla it makes the pancakes smell gorgeous!!!

Then me and my hubby always put nutella chocolate spread and fresh strawberries!!!!!!!!!!!!! YUMMY!!!!!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk

the baking powder is on the hi side , as a rule I use 1 tsp baking powder to 1 cup flour
you may also need to cook a bit longer , or at a different heat to fully cook in the middleWww@FoodAQ@Com
