Definitely too much baking powder!. I would say cut it down to 1 tsp, based on the recipe I use!.
PANCAKES
2 c!. flour
? c!. sugar
4 tsp!. baking powder
? tsp!. salt
2 eggs
2 c!. milk
2 ? tsp!. oil
? c!. blueberries (or chocolate chips, if you’re like my husband)
Oil for frying, or non-stick pan
Combine dry ingredients!. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, slowly add milk and oil!. Fold in the dry ingredients and mix until batter is slightly lumpy!.
