How do you make a regular twice baked potato?!
all the recipes i keep finding have special things added, like cheese and bacon, etc!. but i don't want that stuff i just wanna know how its "twice baked"!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

you baka a potato until soft in the middle!.
slice the potato in half and scoop out the white, but don't go too deep or the skin with crack and break!.
you can mix the insides with anything you like, mash somewhat smooth!.
scoop into the potato skins, top with more cheese or anything you like and put back into the oven until cheese is melted or until the potatoes look golden brown and crispy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
