food wise would be:
corn bread/ scones

BBQ Prawns & Mango Salsa

* 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut in to 2 cm cubes
* 3 shallots, finely sliced
* 1 fresh chilli, seeded and finely sliced
* 2 tsp grated ginger
* 1 tbsp lime juice
* 2 tbsp fresh coriander, roughly chopped
* 300g green prawns, peeled, leaving tails intact

Method

Make the salsa: Combine all the ingredients, except the prawns, refrigerate!.

Cook the prawns: Thread prawns onto bamboo skewers so there are three to four prawns per skewer!. Preheat a barbecue or chargrill plate to a medium-to-high heat!. Cook the skewers for one to two minutes on each side until prawns are cooked through!.

Serve with a side salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
