mix vinegar, sugar and ketchup (the ketchup gives it a nice color) and i also like to use the juice from a can of pineapple (gives it a nice fruity sweetness)!. just experiment with these 4 ingredients until you find a taste you like!. after your happy with the taste, bring it to a boil and thicken the sauce with corn starch!. get about 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and mix with water until you have a mixture that looks like milk!. pour the cornstarch mixture into the boiling sauce while stirring constantly until youve thickened the sauce to your desire!. you probably wont need all the cornstarch mixture!. be sure to bring the sauce up to a boil after adding your cornstarch mixture!. than you can lower the heat to keep the sauce warm!. if its too thick you can add water to thin it out!. this sauce is great over fried won ton!. good luck!. sukiWww@FoodAQ@Com

2 tablespoons light or dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons corn starch
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 "tuna" can pineapple tidbits, with juice
1 green pepper, cut into large chunks

Mix sugar, corn starch, vinegar, soy sauce and pineapples in juice in a small bowl!. Stir in green pepper!. Microwave at high until thick, 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once during cooking time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

* 1tbs!. firmly packed brown sugar
* 1 can (8oz) pineapple chunks
* 1/4 cup water
* 1tbs!. vinegar
* 1tsp!. soy sauce
* 1 tbs!. chopped green bell pepper

# Combine cornstarch, sugar and juice from pineapple chunks in a saucepan!. Stir in water, vinegar and soy sauce!.

# Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened!.
