I think your temp could be too high!. Or maybe you are making them too big!? Try pressing down the dough slightly with the bottom of a glass!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should be cooking them between 325-375 degrees!. Preheat your oven for about 10 minutes before you put in your cookies!. You can also buy a thermometer that goes in your oven to make sure it is baking at the correct temperatureWww@FoodAQ@Com

make sure u preheat ur cookies b4 u start, turn ur oven down 50 degrees, and cook a minute longer if u do!. also check cookies regularly, like every minute until u have a set time!. even try a different recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most likely, your oven temp is too high, try again, this time keep the temperature of the oven substantially lower!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Turn the heat down about 50 degrees and cook them a little longer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You might want to turn the heat time!. 350 sounds about right to me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

either make smaller cookies, or turn the oven temp down and cook for longer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
