You need to do some research on the internet about selling homemade products commercially!. You can not make them in your kitchen if you plan to sell them to the public or to restaurants who serve the public!. You will need to prepare them in a commercial kitchen that has been inspected, etc!. Do your research first and figure out how many you would have to sell to make it worth the cost of renting a commercial kitchen!. (You could actually make a lot in a day!.!.!.but you'd have to rent for the day, then find commercial storage to store them until they sell, etc!. Packaging is also another expense to consider!.)
That said, if you are really interested, I would actually try to sell them to your local grocers!. A restaurant won't really buy that many from you!. Take some samples around to your local grocers!.!.!.and restaurants too!.!.!.let the buyers try it right then and there, and see if they are interested in placing an order!.
KEEP IN MIND!.!.!.before you let potential buyers sample your product, you will need to have all your marketing, packaging, production stuff pretty well down so you know how much to charge and when you can deliver!. Don't him-haw around when you get to the store!. If they try it and like it, they will be expecting to be able to get your product in there store immediately!. You need to know your pricing and delivery time so you don't look like an amateur!. If you look like an amateur, they will dump the order!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Whoa!.!.!.slow down!.!.!.!.!.
You'll need to consider a couple of things first:
1!. Depending on the state you live in, you may not be able to make and market your food from your home!. You may need a business license and commercial kitchen!.
2!. You'll also need to look into a retail license and insurance, just in case you get sued!. And don't forget, do you need something to protect your rights to the recipe!? Most places want a listing of ingrediants etc!.
3!. Once you take care of the basics, then take samples of your goods to the market you want to sell to!. If this is high end restaurants, then call them in advance to see if they will try your product!.
Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
