For some reason fresh baked cake with cinnamon and brown sugar seems to be something men like to smell when they come into a room!. I think there's a recipe out there called a "Man Catcher Cake" that is a vanilla cake with brown sugar and cinnamon!. Ok, so if you can't come up with one of those, here are some ideas:
Yummy Banana Cake
1 yellow cake mix, plus eggs, oil, water for the mix
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup chopped candied walnuts
3 T brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Cream cheese glaze
Mix yellow cake mix according to package directions, adding vanilla and blend in bananas!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bundt pan!. Mix together walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon!. Pour half of the batter in prepared pan!. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the nut mixture
Top with remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining nut mixture!. Bake according to package directions!. Remove from oven when done and let cool 15 minutes!. Turn out on serving plate and let cool!.
Cream Cheese Glaze:
3 T softened cream cheese
1 T softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
3 T milk (or more)
Blend together until mixture resembles pancake batter!. If mixture is too thick, add more milk by the teaspoonfuls until desired texture is reached!. Spoon over top of cooled cake and let run down the sides!. Top cake with candied walnuts and serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
