I think the answer was given below!. It is recommended to use a baking sheet but a jelly roll pan will work just fine!.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or foil!. Spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray!.
You don't have to do either but it makes for easier clean up!. also, it protects the baking sheet from getting baked on grease!.
A pancake turner or spatula for removing the cookies and a wire baking rack to cool them on, if possible!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
