Salt and pepper the chops, then pan sear in a tbsp of canoila oil over med/high heat, flip once when golden brown!. Pour in a 1/2 cup of apple juice, bring to a quick boil!. Add peeled or unpeeled apple wedges and 1 sliced white onion to the juice, then lower temp to low and simmer 5 minutes per pork chop/ side!. Serve apples and onions as garnish and pour juice with any cooked bits scraped from the pan as sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You could do either bbq chicken or pork chops!. Just spray a baking dish with PAM, single layer meat in dish, slother on bottled bbq sauce, cover with foil and pop it in the oven at 350 for about 45 minutes!. You could do a side of rice with it or baked potatoes in the microwave and a side garden salad or fresh/frozen veggies!.

the easiest is to grill the chicken or pork chops and serve it with microwaved veggies and bread, rice, potatoes or boxed rice mixes!.
I use an indoor grill (mine is a cuisinart, but lots of people use George Foremans)!.
