Doe anyone have any recipies for carp that dont taste like mud? one that isnt smoked please?!

If you are talking about a scored fillet, just coat it with flour, salt and pepper to taste!. Then fry it in a deep fryer or a deep skillet!. That's the typical way I've always had it and it never tastes muddy!. If you are using caught fish, try letting it soak in water in the sink for awhile before cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Boiled in beer isn't bad!.!.!.put it in a saucepan with sliced carrots and onion, a bay leaf or two, grated lemon peel, paprika, cover with a dark beer like a Belgian Ale and simmer it uncovered until done!.!.!.salt to taste!.!.!.Google around for other recipes!.!.!.I'm sure there's plenty out thereWww@FoodAQ@Com
