Because it tastes so darn good! If you look hard enough, you should be able to find cereals that aren't loaded with sugar as an alternative!. also, you could have whole-grain toast, a hardboiled egg, some yogurt and fruit for breakfast!. Obviously you want to avoid store bought muffins and waffles, but I make my own healthier ones and freeze them so they are ready for any breakfast!. Just reheat and serve!Www@FoodAQ@Com
