Answers:
ok so 30/4 is 7!.5 so you have to multiply everything by 8!. and you will have 2 servings left over!.

24 boneless pork chops, cut into stir-fry strips
8 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cup lime juice
16 tablespoons soy sauce
8 teaspoon ground coriander
4 teaspoon ground cumin
4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon cayenne
2 cup peanut butter
8 tablespoon brown sugar
4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
8 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
8 tablespoon vegetable oil
32 cups shredded cabbage
OR
32 cups coarsely chopped Chinese cabbage
2 cup thinly sliced green onions
16 cups chow mein noodlesWww@FoodAQ@Com

This is more than just a math exercise!. It looks like you will be stir-frying the pork, veggies and noodles!. If this is true, making big batches will not work!. It will crowd the pan and everything will get really wet and soggy!.

If this is the recipe you really want to make for 30 people, you should probably cook it in 8 separate batches (except for the sauce)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Multiply ingredients by 10 you doofus!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
