I need a recipe for chocolate covered ritz bits.?!
I tried making these today with white chocolate baking bits!. The chocolate would not melt!. I tried double boiler method and it burned!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
The bowl of your double boiler may have been touching the water beneath it!.
I find it easiest to nuke chocolate to melt it!. Give it 10 second increments, stirring after each!. Won't take more than 30-40 seconds!. Then just dip your baby Ritz bits in, and let dry on parchment paper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
