I'm going to cook some fish a caught this weekend, but all the recipes that i can find are for "Dry" vermouth, and i have purchased "Sweet" vermouth!. Should i go back to the liquor store!? should i just use it as a white wine substitute!? Do you know of any sweet vermouth recipes!? Help!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Cook with whatever alcohol/wine you like the taste of!. If you prefer dry, exchange the sweet for dry!. You can use vermouth as a sub for white wine for most recipes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
