No they are different!. the basic start is oat but it ends there!.
Take wheat for instance!. Flour is made of wheat!. Bread is made of flour!. You can buy white bread or wheat bread yet both are made of wheat!. You put flour in gravy and that is not a wheat product same goes for oats!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
