Banana cake recipe ........... ?!


Question: Banana cake recipe !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. !?
I have 4 over ripe bananas, all the ingredients to make a cake or muffins, (although only brown sugar) and a large round cake tin!. Has anyone got a tried recipe !?!?!? or any other idea's !?!?!?

Wonderful Banana Cake
Quick and easy flavorful banana cake!. Frost with whipped cream, if desired!.
* 1 (18!.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
* 2 very ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
1!. Prepare yellow cake mix according to package directions!.
2!. Mash the bananas with the baking soda and stir into the cake mix batter!. Pour batter into one greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan!.
3!. Do not preheat oven!. Place uncooked cake in oven and turn oven on to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Bake for 1 hour!. Let cake cool thoroughly and then refrigerate!.



Almost No Fat Banana Bread
This bread is surprising moist and has a wonderful flavor!. For a little variation, you can add nuts or raisins!.
* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 3/4 cup white sugar
* 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 2 egg whites
* 1 cup banana, mashed
* 1/4 cup applesauce
1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Lightly grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan!.
2!. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon!. Add egg whites, bananas and applesauce; stir just until combined!. Pour batter into prepared pan!.
3!. Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean!. Turn out onto wire rack and allow to cool before slicing!.
I have substituted brown sugar for the white and it turns out great and tastes better actually!.!.!.good luck :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients:
? cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 bananas
1 cup sugar
2 cups self raising flour
2 eggs
60 g (2 oz) butter

Method:

Combine milk and lemon juice!. Peel and mash bananas, put into bowl of electric mixer!. Add sugar, sifted flour, lightly beaten eggs, softened butter and combined milk and lemon juice!. Beat on low speed until combined, then beat on medium speed 2 minutes!. Turn mixture into greased 23 cm x 12 cm (9 in x 5 in) loaf tin which has the base lined with greased greaseproof paper!. Bake in low to moderate oven approx 1 ? hours or until cooked when tested!. Cool in tin 10 minutes before turning out on wire rack to complete cooling!.

Banana Cake with Praline Filling and White Chocolate Ganache
Banana Cake with Honeyed Walnuts and Chocolate Peanut Butter
Makes a 9-inch triple layer cake

Ingredients:

3 cups cake flour
3 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup of ripe mashed bananas
226g softened unsalted butter
2 cups of sugar
7 egg whites

Praline Filling (original recipe):

1 cup sugared pecans, cooled
1 and 1/2 cups white chocolate ganache

With a large chef's knife chop the pecans!. Or pulse in a food processor being careful not to turn into paste!. Add the sugared pecans to the white chocolate ganache and stir to mix well!.

Sugared Pecans (original recipe):

1 and 1/2 cups pecan halves
3 cups vegetable oil
1 cup confectioners sugar

Place the pecans in a medium sauce pan, add water to cover, and heat to a boiling!. Boil the pecans slowly until they are swollen and soft 5-8 minutes!. Drain the nuts well in a sieve for about 5 minutes!. (Do not pat dry; the nuts must remain damp!.)
While the nuts are draining, heat the oil in a large heavy saucepan or deep fat fryer t0 350F degrees!.

Set half of the nuts aside!. Dust the remaining nuts in the sieve with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar!. Shake the sieve to coat the nuts evenly, letting any excess sugar fall away!. Immediately add the coated nuts to the hot oil!. Fry until golden brown about 2-3 minutes!. Using a slotted spoon scoop the nuts out and drain them on several thickness of paper towels!. Repeat the process with the remaining nuts!.



Honeyed Walnuts (my version):

1 and 1/2 cups walnuts whole
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp honey

Mix all ingredients together in a pan and bake in a preheated oven of 180C for about 15 minutes!.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Icing (my version):

1 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 powdered sugar
113g dark chocolate, melted

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the peanut butter and powdered sugar together,and beat for about 4 minutes at high speed until very smooth!. Add the melted chocolate and beat on medium high for about 1 minute!. Leave at room temperature!.

Method for the Cake:

1) Preheat the oven to 350F degrees!. Butter three 9-inch round cake pans!. Line the bottom of each pan with parchment paper or wax paper!.

2) Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt!. Set aside dry ingredients!. In a food processor or blender, process the milk and banana into a smooth light puree!. Set aside!.

3) In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy!. On medium high speed, beat in egg whites 2-3 at a time until smooth!. Scraping down the sides of the bowl between egg additions!.

4) With the mixer on low speed add the dry ingredients and banana puree alternately in 2-3 additions, beating until just blended!. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and beat on medium-high speed for 1-minute!. Divide the batter among the cake pans!.

5) Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean when inserted into the center of each cake!. Let the cake layers cool in the pan for 10 minutes!. Then turn out onto a wired rack and remove the paper liners!. Then cool completely one hour!.




To assemble the cake (my version):

Put one layer, flat side up, on a cake stand or serving plate!. Cover top of one cake with frosting!. Place 2nd cake on top of it and repeat with the frosting!. Finally add the third layer and frost the sides and top with the remaining frosting!. Garnish the sides with chopped honeyed walnuts and pipe the top of the cake using a piping tip #16 with small stars!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 cup mashed banana (2-3 med!.)

Directions

1 pkg!. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix 3 eggs 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3 bananas) 1 cup Sour Cream 1/4 cup oil 1 pkg!. (8 oz!.) Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened 1 pkg!. (16 oz!.) powdered sugar (about 4 cups) 1 cup Walnut Pieces, finely chopped Make It
HEAT oven to 350°F!. Beat cake mix, eggs, bananas, sour cream and oil with mixer on low until moistened, scraping bottom of bowl often!. Beat on medium 2 min!. Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch pan!.

BAKE 35 min!. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean!. Cool cake completely in pan on wire rack!.

BEAT cream cheese and butter with mixer on medium until blended!. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition!.

REMOVE cake from pan!. Carefully cut cake crosswise in half using serrated knife!. Place 1 cake half, top-side down, on plate; spread top with frosting!. Top with remaining cake half, top side up!. Frost top and sides!. Press nuts onto sides!. Refrigerate leftovers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

BEST BANANA CAKE

Very moist!. When bananas go bad, don’t throw them out! Throw them in the freezer and save them for baking!

? c!. margarine
? c!. apple sauce
1 ? c!. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c!. flour
? tsp!. baking powder
? tsp!. baking soda
? tsp!. salt
? c!. juice, water or soy milk
1 tsp!. vanilla
3-4 ripe bananas, mashed

1 c!. chocolate chip

Preheat oven to 350oF!. In a large mixing bowl, using a mixer, cream margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy!. Beat in eggs!. Set aside!.
In a small bowl, combine dry ingredients!. Set aside!.
In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients!. Add to margarine alternately with dry ingredients!. Mix well!.

Pour into a greased Bundt pan!. Bake for 25-30 min, until batter is firm to the touch and springs back when touched!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
