I like to lightly steam baby bok choy and serve it with just butter & salt & pepper!. I also love to steam slices of celery, with butter, salt & pepper!. (not an unusual vegetable, but most people don't cook it) !.!.!.!.!. Shred jicama and add it to coleslawWww@FoodAQ@Com
kohlrabi, not many people eat it although readily available and cheap
peel, and cut into frenchfry size sticks (top to bottom as the top is more tender than the bottom)
boil in salted water for about 15 min (they must still have a bite, if they get mushi they are not good)
make a white sauce with lots of parsley and a dash of mutmeg/salt
put it together and serve with porkchops or whatever, everyone i ever made it for loved it, even kids!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Check out this website!. I have used several of these recipes and they come out great!. Have tried the eggplant and red pepper terrine, sauteed kale and a few others!.!.!. check out the baked acorn squash- looks awesome!
