Add some beef stock or water that should help!. Or maybe some canned tomatoes!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like the idea from the previous person of making a roux out of flour and water and adding it!. That would help!.

You might also want to serve it with or over plan white rice or noodles!. This might help mellow down the flavor when eaten together!. There is this restaurant that serves black pepper beef with mushrooms - I LOVE it, but it is WAY too peppery by itself!. I always put it over white rice and I can eat it without a problem!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I can only suggest adding another cup of water, and maybe make a little roux out of flour and water, and add it to the pot!. The flour paste might tone down the pepper a little!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Keep cooking it down and add more raw vegetables so the 'heat' gets drawn out!.

If you keep draning an adding new broth, the flavor wil become too bland especially after cooking it for as long as you have!.
