Take any old mac and cheese recipe and add plain yogurt to it!. This makes a thick and creamy sauce with cheezy taste!. I usually replace any liquids called for in a mac and cheese recipe with yogurt, including packaged mac and cheese or recipes from scratch!. You still add the cheese of course!. If you also replace most of the butter/margarine amounts with the yogurt you have a lower fat meal as well!.(I use 2% yogurt)It can also be good with a little yellow mustard stirred in for added zip but you can do that at the table as you eat just to see if you like it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
