Barbecue Nachos

Ingredients:
1 Bag Nachos
Leftover Pork or Beef Roast
Barbeque Sauce (Mix those leftover bottles together!. It's okay!)
Shredded Cheese (Any kind is okay, but I use cheddar, colby or American)

Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees!. Put meat in food processor and shred or shred by hand!. Stir barbeque sauce and shredded meat in a pot and heat on stove top until warm!. Spread nachos on cookie sheet or oven safe platter!. Add a layer of barbeque and then a layer of shredded cheese!. also good is to put all the barbeque in the center with the Cheese on top like a dip ringed with chips!. Place nachos in oven and bake until cheese melts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

my ultimate nachos
EVERYONE loves them!
and im not old enough to drink yet either but it doesnt mean you cant whip up some nachos!

lay out tortilla chips (i use tostitos restraunt style) on a baking sheet (if you are making a lot) or a plate (for less people)
sprinkle LOTS of shredded cheese on top!.!.!. cheddar, mozzerella, a combo pack!.!. whatever kind you like really
get a small pack of pre-cooked imitation crab meat, cut the logs into small 1/2 inch pieces and place on whatever nachos you choose, you can do all of them or just a few or whatever
then get some salsa!.!.!. not much though! and sprinkle it on (amount also depends on which nachos you want to have it because some people dont like all ingredients!)
put some taco meat on
now get some sliced jalapenos and put them sparingly BECAUSE THEY ARE HOT!
bake if you have them on a cookie sheet!.!. at 350 until the cheese melts
or microwave them in 30 second incriments until the cheese melts as well

you can also put olives, onions, peppers, anything you want!.!.!. you can take away any of the above ingredients too!.!. i dont always use salsa!
