What to do with this cube steak?!
I have cube steaks I want to cook!. I made something once with egg noodles and cream of mushroom soup, but I can't remember what else!. Any suggestions!? Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Brown the seasoned steaks in butter, then add to the pan, 2 boullion cubes, and 1 cup of water, or add 1 cup of beef broth!. Deglaze the pan with the mixture when it comes to simmer!. Add the cream of mushroom soup, and a little sour cream if you have it!. Simmer for a few minutes, add the steaks back and simmer slowly for about 15 minutes!. Serve over noodles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Easy Cube Steak Dinner Ingredients
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup 1/4 cup Onion sliced
1 1/4 pound Cube Steaks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees!.
In medium bowl, mix Golden Mushroom soup and sliced onions!. Place cube steaks flat in bottom of 10 inch square covered baking dish!. Spoon soup/onion mixture over steaks!.
Place cover on baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for an hour!. Serve with egg noodles for a delicious dinner!
Alternative Recipe: using regular Cream of Mushroom Soup, mix soup with 1 Tablespoon dry onion soup mix and sliced onions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 pound bacon, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1/2 onion, diced
3 strips celery, diced
2 tablespoons seasoning salt
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
1 (8 ounce) package dry egg noodles
1 teaspoon butter
2 (4 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup cold water
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
DIRECTIONS
In a large Dutch oven heat the oil over high heat and brown the cubed stew meat!. Remove from pan!. In the same pan, saute the bacon, onion and celery until onions are translucent and bacon is fully cooked!. Return the browned stew meat to the pan!.
Stir in seasoning salt, Worcestershire sauce and beef broth!. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce the heat to medium!. Simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is fork tender!.
