* 3/4 cup milk
* 1 cup white sugar
* 1 cup butter, softened
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A fat-free, fluffy, marshmallow-like frosting!.
? C sugar
? C light corn syrup
2 tbsp water
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine sugar, water, and corn syrup in a small sauce pan!. Heat to 242°!.
As the syrup boils, beat egg whites until medium peaks form!. Pour hot syrup very slowly in a thin stream into egg whites, beating constantly!. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form!. Add vanilla during last minute of beating!.

Place in food processor!.
Use as a sub measure for measure!.
