Can I freeze fajitas?!


Question: Can I freeze fajitas!?
They are veggie fajitas made with fresh vegetables, cheese and salsa!. Is it OK to cook them and them freeze them and reheat them in the oven when I want them!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, you can freeze it in foil, then reheat the foil pack on a baking sheet in the oven, or nuke them without foil!.
Only thing important is that you undercook the veges by about 5 minutes so that, they won't be mushy when reheated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, I would think it is ok!. Cook until done, let them cool, wrap in Press n Seal wrap, and freeze!. I would think they would keep a whileWww@FoodAQ@Com
