How's my chicken sounding?!

Question: How's my chicken sounding!?
I asked a question before on how I should prepare my chicken drumsticks!.
In my large glass cooking dish, I put the seven legs!. I salted them and peppered them!. I added paprika along with oregano, sage and thyme!. When I was done with that, I drizzled 1 1/2 table spoons of olive oil on top of them!. Then I cut up 4 cloves of garlic and sprinkled them around the dish!. They are resting in the fridge right now!. Sounds good or no!? Will it turn out!? XD I figured you can't go too wrong with chicken!.

How do I cook him!? What temperature and for how long, and how do I make sure he stays juicy and makes kind of a sauce in the bottom of the pan like my moms does!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
That sounds good!.
Cook at about 350 till the juices run clear (not red or pink) Use a bit more oil to make them crispy!. When they are done take them out onto a plate!. Pour the drippings into a saucepan!. Mix about a tbl!. flour into the drippings and use a wisk to blend till the flour begins to brown then add some water or broth if you have it!. Cook until thickend and thisis your gravy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would add some orange slices to lend a little sweetness to the dish!. I would roast/bake them!. Especially if you want the marinade to act as a sauce!. Set oven to 350 and bake for 60 minutes uncovered!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Preheat your oven to 350!. Make sure chicken is fat side up!. Cover your pan with aluminum foil!. Bake for 25 minutes, turn chicken over and cook an additional 20 minutes, covered!. Should be perfect!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well, i'm going to change things on you a little bit, all the prep sounds good, just put in oven at about 350, 7 legs should only about 40 to 50 minutes but no more than 55mins!. now, if you want to the juices and don't worry about the fat content, take a pre-package of a gravy or sauce mix that you like, mix it according to the directions in cold or warm water, trans fer the drippings to a saucepan and heat it up, put the mix in, bring to a boil, turn down for a few mins until it thickens up!. pour over before or after you get it on the plate!. now, most people will say that's not healthy, but that's where all your flavor is at!. besides you only live once so enjoy food the way you want just in moderation!. enjoy!. i like a good rice and a nice green to go along w/ the gravy part, got room for one more!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hint for next time: Put all of those ingredients, plus the chicken, into a large zip-lock baggie and put that in the refrigerator!. Turn the bag over a few times to get the chicken totally marinated !.!.!.!.

Are you going to bake them!? They would be great on the BBQ, but you could put them on a foil lined pan (easier clean up) at 375 for about 30-40 min, turning over a couple of times!. There isn't any sauce you'd want to make, since all the drippings will be fat from the skin!. You can't reuse the marinade after raw chicken has been in there, or you could get very sick from itWww@FoodAQ@Com
