I don't know how advanced of a cook you are but I have a pretty easy recipe I use!.
Down the mexican foods aisle at the grocery store, pick up a packet of mild chili seasoning!. Pick up whatever else it calls for (tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, chili or kidney beans, ground beef or turkey)!. At home, follow the directions but I always add fresh diced onions and bell peppers to my chili!. I like a little extra heat in there too so I add some jalapeno or a splash of hot sauce (whatever I have on hand)!. Make a batch of corn muffins to serve in the bowl with your chili!. Garnish with sour cream and shredded cheese!.
Girl, you're making me want to make some now!Www@FoodAQ@Com
