When baking bread should you increase the time or temp if you are trying larger and larger loafs?!

Question: When baking bread should you increase the time or temp if you are trying larger and larger loafs!?
Answers:
this depends on how full the oven is when your baking the bread!. bread is usually not an item that is timed!. its ready when when its fully baked!. when i bake bread i usually bake 4 loaves at a time (in a standard loaf size pan) and i bake it at 400 degrees!. its better to bake at a higher temperature and then lower the temperature or cover the bread with parchment paper if the top is getting too dark then to have the temperature too low and the bread doesnt rise properly!. after awhile you will know what is the exact temperature you need!. practice makes perfect!. i know ive made alot of mistakes!. good luck!. sukiWww@FoodAQ@Com

TIME, not temp

in fact, at some point, you will want to lower the temp so the crust doesn't burn while the inside has a chnce to cook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Increase the baking time only! If you increase the temperature, you will get an overly done loaf on the outside and doughy inside loaf!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. You should increase the yeast and rising time before baking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
