CHOOSE-A-COLOR POPCORN TREAT
Ingredients for 16 Cups
12 cups Unseasoned or lightly salted popped popcorn
14 oz Can Eagle? Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT EVAPORATED MILK)
3 oz Package cherry-flavored gelatin or other flavored gelatin
Procedure:

3!. Line large shallow roasting pan with heavy foil, extending foil
over edges of pan!.
4!. Butter foil!.

8!. In medium saucepan, combine Eagle? Brand and dry gelatin!.
9!. Heat and stir over medium heat until mixture is slightly thickened
and bubbly, 4 to 5 minutes!.

spoon, stir gently to coat!. Bake 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes!.
11!. Carefully turn out onto large piece of lightly buttered foil!.

Microwave Caramel Popcorn
4 quarts popped popcorn
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
DIRECTIONS
Place the popped popcorn into a large brown paper bag!. Set aside!.
In a 2 quart casserole dish, or other heat-proof glass dish, combine the brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup, salt and vanilla!. Heat for 3 minutes in the microwave, then take out and stir until well blended!. Return to the microwave, and cook for 1 1/2 minutes!. Remove from microwave, and stir in the baking soda!.
Pour syrup over the popcorn in the bag!. Roll down the top once or twice to close the bag, and shake to coat the corn!. Place bag into the microwave, and cook for 1 minute and 10 seconds!. Remove, shake, flip the bag over, and return it to the microwave!. Cook for another 1 minute and 10 seconds!. Dump the popcorn out onto waxed paper, and let cool until coating is set!. Store in an airtight container!.

Make popcorn sprinkle by combining 1/2 c of sugar, 2 tb of brown sugar, 1/2 tb of cinnamon and 1/4 c of finely chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)!.
Pop popcorn!.
Melt 1/4 cup of butter!.
Add 2 tablespoonfuls of the pocorn sprinkle!.
Mix well!.
Shake over hot popcorn!.
Tips:

Never put anything liquid on popcorn!. I suggest dry spices, such as chili pwoder, if you like spicy things!. You could even try mixing in some chocolate pieces, like M&Ms!. I know that sounds gross, but it is actually good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
