Is cheese good for you?!
Answers:
Health wise - a little cheese goes a long way!.
It has a lot of calories in a small amount of food - so it is best to go easy on it!. Cheese may have a lot of fat in it - or it can be reduced in fat!. Full fat, sliceable cheeses such as Cheddar melt easily when heated - versus low fat cheese doesn't melt as well (or at all) and it does turn into a creamy mouth feel when eaten!.
Cheese is a good source of calcium and if it is colored orange it probably is a decent source of Vitamin A!.
But in general, cheese is not considered a powerhouse of nutrients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i heard on the radio that as we get older, its harder to digest cheeses that are not aged long enough!. im not exactly sure, but i think the minimum was 120 days or longer of aging!. the reason that underaged cheese is harder to digest is the lack of enzymes that the body produces!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
