Once it's thawed, you have to use it as soon as possible, before it starts looking like grass weed on your front porch!. In any case, it's gonna taste like crap too !Www@FoodAQ@Com

no it will turn into a mush, but you can dry it from the fresh stage, rinse it well and set it on a cookie sheet nor overlapping set your oven at the lowest temperature and keep in there for 5 minutes, turn the oven off and let the heat dry it then set the tray in an area out of sight and a few days later the parsley should be dry and ready for storage, you can also make ice cubes with fresh parsley and put them into a container or freezer bags you can use these for soups, sauces etc!.!. just toss 1 or more ice cubes in and you now have fresh parsley over again!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can do it!. it just takes a little of the flavor away!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have never tried it!. But other veggies are frozen and they work fine just try it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It does work but is only suitable for soups etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i think it would come out looking like frozen spinach does!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
