How long should I cook my pavlova for and at what temperature?!
If I want it soft and chewy in the centre!. I've made meringue before, but they were small individual ones, this is a full pavlova (made using 4 egg whites and 200g caster sugar)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends on the size of the pavlova!. The oven should be preheated to 180C/350F/Gas4, then turned down to 150C/300F/Gas 2 once you put the pavlova in!. If it's a large one then I would cook it for just over an hour and then check on it and cook a little longer if needed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
