Another pavlova question!?!
Ok, I've had my pavlova in the oven for about an hour at 120 degrees (the oven was preheated at 180 then turned down when I put the pavlova in) and it looks ready!. It's a nice beige colour and is smooth and crisp!. I want it to be chewy in the middle, but will it be cooked enough!? I know the dangers of undercooked eggs, which is why I'm worried!. I am planning on turning the oven off and leaving the pavlova inside to cool down!. Should it be cooked properly!? It was made using 4 egg whites and 200g of sugar!. Thank in advance!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Clare, yes to all!. If I was unsure I would turn off the oven and leave it while I whipped the cream, prepared the strawberries, sliced the kiwi fruit and pulped the passion fruit!. Okay okay so now you know which is my favorite pavlova!. Have you tried doing the individual ones, they go down great also!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
