Half and half (milky coffee creamer) is great with eggs!. And YES, milk makes them fluffy!. Whisking the eggs probably won't do as much as you'd like!. Sure, it whips eggs better than a fork, but it doesn't necessarily make them any fluffier!. Add milk or cream!. also, when you cook the eggs, cook them slowly!. Warm the oiled pan on a medium heat, add the eggs, then turn the heat down just a bit until their finished!. A common mistake is cooking eggs to quickly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I learned a trick in cooking class to make eggs really fluffy!. Adding a little milk helps make the eggs silky!. The most important thing is to not cook the eggs quickly--put them on low heat and slowly (but constantly) stir them!. I do this by using a spatula to scrape up the pan gently, which mixes the eggs for me!. Break the curds up as they start to form, and enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes; add a couple tsp!. of milt per egg and use a fork in a vertical fig!. 8 pattern to fluff them as small curds form!. If you are making scrambled eggs, do not add pancake mix as this makes them not scrambled eggs by definition!. If this is not the case, go for it!. A whisk is unnecessary in the caseWww@FoodAQ@Com
You can add a bit of milk and a bit of water to the eggs - then beat really well to get lots of air bubbles in them!. Then cook them, being careful to keep the heat on medium and not to overcook or over-brown them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Use an electric hand blender!. (The one that you plug in which has two beaters on)!. They add loads of air to the egg which makes them fluffy!. No need to add anything!.
If you just want pure white fluff, i!.e when making meringues) then use the egg whites only!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
