Question: Can i use soy milk or something else instead of milk for potatoes!?
i want to make mashed potatoes and i wanted to know if i could use soy milk to make them fluffy!? if not anything else!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

i have used mayo, miracle whip, sour cream but the best potatoes i ever made were with cream of chicken soup!. just mix soup with 3/4 can of water an add to potatoes, til you get the consistency you want!. use the remaining to pour over meat an potatoes!. of course you can also use cream of mushroom or cream of celery depending on your taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can use soy milk or rice milk in anything that calls for milk!. I lived on soy milk while my step daughter lived with me and she's deathly allergic to real dairy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
