How to make a hamburger taste like restaurants hamburger?!
I have hamburger meat its from beef that i raised on my farm and whenever I cook it to make hamburger it doesnt taste the best so I want to know how to make it taste better like what spices can I ad to it or how should I cook it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

In a mixing bowl, I mix one package of Lipton onion soup mix, 1 or 2 tablespoons of garlic and herb seasonings, some salt and pepper and Season All spice!. Or you can add some seasoned bread crumbs w/the onion soup mix, and your patties should have a nice, full flavor!.

Here is a recipe for Krystal's/White Castle burgers and is quite good:
Krystal's Hamburgers
2 lb!. Lean Ground Beef
1/4 cup Dry Minced Onion
1/4 cup Hot Water
3 oz!. Jar Strained Beef Baby Food
2/3 cup Clear Beef Broth
1 pk!. Hot Dog Buns
Soak 1/4 cup dry minced onions in 1/4 cup hot water until soft while you mix 2 pounds ground beef with 3 ounce jar of strained beef baby food and 2/3 cup clear beef broth!. Keep patties uniform using 1/4 cup meat mixture for each patty, flattened to 1/4" and fried quickly in 1 T oil per patty on a hot griddle!. Make 3 or 4 holes in patties while frying!. Cut hot dog buns in half!. Cut off rounded ends!. Fry 1 t onions under each patty as you turn to fry 2nd side!. Slip each patty into bun with 2 dill pickle chips, mustard and catsup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The way I make, this gives you a good pub / average restaurant type one!.
Ingredients:
Mince (500g) (Better quality the better - Aberdeen Angus is very good)
Spanish Onion (Small, finely chopped)
Splash of fresh orange juice
Blob of Ketchup
Blob of English Mustard
(Blob of Hot Pepper Sauce if you want a kick)
1/2 a teaspoon of garlic puree
Heaped teaspoon of parsley or mixed herbs
Pinch each of Salt and Cracked Black Pepper!.
Mix it all together by hand and separate into burgers!. Put on a lightly greased baking tray!. Takes about 15 minutes to bake at 180*C for a flat 8oz burger!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would try some onion powder, garlic powder and a little paprika!. Salt and pepper are a given!. If you want to get fancy you could dice some onion in it before you form the patties!. Grilling will always give you the best flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
