Will my lovely seafood spaghetti keep until tomorrow...?!

Question: Will my lovely seafood spaghetti keep until tomorrow!.!.!.!?
Just done it - it's got muscles, squid, prawns in it!. It was lovely but I made too much!

Will it be ok to re-heat tomorrow, and how would I re-heat it!?
(Could I even freeze it!?)

ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
It will be fine to eat tomorrow if refrigerated!. The microwave is best for reheating pasta!.

If you want to try to avoid overcooking the mussels and squid, try to pull out as much as you can before microwaving the spaghetti and shrimp!. Then microwave the squid then the mussels (each separately)!. It will allow you to closely control how long you heat each to avoid making them rubbery!. The shrimp can take a little more heat without getting way overcooked!.

I wouldn't freeze it!. The seafood will probably get freezer burn!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This will not freeze well at all!.

It will keep two days if you separate the mussels from the shells and cool the whole thing down immediately!.

Place all of it in a Pyrex glass pan or oven safe container!. Add some more sauce (presuming tomato base is on it now) or better yet, some Alfredo sauce for a mix of tomato and creamy sauce!. Top with fresh parmesan grated!. Cover with foil!. Two days from now or tomorrow, Reheat it in the oven for 30 minutes at 325!. Uncover for the last 10 minutes to get the cheese brown and bubbly!.

Some garlic bread, white wine and go at it-Dinner is served!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It will be o!.k!. for tomorrow provided you keep it in the fridge!. I would not recommend freezing but you can warm it up in a pan or in a microwave oven!. Sounds to good to wasteWww@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, it'll be fine tomorrow!. I'd reheat in microwave, w/ a tsp of water sprrinkled over the cold pasta to make steam-- covered in plastic wrapWww@FoodAQ@Com
