Here's how I make mine!.!.!.!.

1 lb ground beef
1 lb bulk Italian sausage
1 med!. green pepper, chopped
1 med!. onion, chopped
8 garlic cloves, minced
3 cans (14!.5 oz each) Italian diced tomatoes, drained (drain very well or your sauce will be watery)
2 cans (15 oz each) tomato sauce
2 cans (6 oz each) tomato paste
1/3 Cup sugar
2 TBL Italian seasoning
1 TBL dried basil
2 tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

(if you don' t like sweet sauce just omit the sugar, or use a little less)

Brown meat until longer pink, drain!.
Transfer to 5 qt slow cooker!. Stir in remaining ingredients!. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours (or until bubbly)!.

whore pasta

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 onion—finely chopped
2 cloves garlic—finely chopped
4 anchovy fillets—chopped
1 small red chili—deseeded and finely chopped
2 teaspoons capers—rinsed and drained
8 pitted black olives—quartered
14 oz (420g) canned tomatoes—chopped
? teaspoon sea salt
? teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
7 oz (200g) spaghetti


HEAT 2 tablespoons of the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook the onion for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally!. ADD the garlic and anchovies and cook for a minute, stirring to break up the anchovies!. ADD the chili, capers, olives, tomatoes, salt and pepper, and bring to the boil!. REDUCE the heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally!. WHILE the sauce is simmering, cook the pasta!. DRAIN the cooked pasta into a colander and put the sauce in the bottom of the pot!. TOP with the hot pasta, parsley and reserved tablespoon of olive oil, and toss together gently to combine!.

Variation: To make this meal more protein-packed you can add a 6 oz (180g) can of tuna (drained and flaked) to the sauce at the end of cooking to heat through!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Alfredo Sauce

1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup parmesean cheese or any desired cheese or a basic cheese sauce
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of black pepper
salt to taste

Heat your butter on medium heat until melted!. Whisk in flour and continue stirring until the flour is a golden brown color!.

While whisking add in the heavy cream!.

Cook on medium high until the cream is reduced by half (about 10 minutes)!. Continue to stir occasionally so that the cream doesnt burn on the bottom of the pan!. Add in the nutmeg and pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes!.

Take the cream off of the heat and stir in the cheese!. Salt to taste and enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Spaghetti Sauce
6 onions chopped
2 Tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic
1 pound pork sausage ground
2 pounds ground beef
3 cans tomato sauce
2 cans tomato paste
Oregano, salt and pepper to your taste
2 cans water
Cook onions and garlic, add pork sausage and brown then add ground beef and brown!. Then add tomato sauce and paste, oregano, water and salt and pepper!. Simmer 2 or 3 hours if possible!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

tomato and mascarpone sauce

2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
few basil leaves chopped
can of chopped tomatos
tub of mascarpone cheese

lighty soften the garlic and onions in olive oil and butter then add the tin of tomatos!. leave to start simmering

add the tub of mascarpone and the chopped basil leave to simmer for 10 15 mins

also great over chicken and oven baked!Www@FoodAQ@Com
