3 eggs instead of 4 in brownies?!

Question: 3 eggs instead of 4 in brownies!?
I'm making brownies tonight and I really don't want to have to go to the store to get more eggs!. I have 3 but it calls for 4, is there anything I can substitute or can I just leave it out!?

Here's the recipe:

It's OK to skip an egg!. The brownies will be less cake-like!. If the batter ends up seeming too stiff, you can add a Tablespoon or two of milk or water to add some moisture!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've been cooking nearly 35 years!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I really wouldn't worry about it!. Unless you are using only small eggs, it really shouldn't affect the recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

To make sure that the brownies are as moist as they would be with four eggs, add 1/4 cup of apple juice!. You can't taste the juice and it makes them really moist!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can use just the 3 eggsWww@FoodAQ@Com

leaving out an egg will just make the brownies more fudge-like and not so cake-like!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Leave 1 out but that means you have to give me 1 brownie!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
